SHIPPING POLICY

Xquisite Extensions mostly uses DHL and FedEx.

Regular Processing Time

3-5 working days
There will be some delays for processing orders during our peak season. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.
If the wig is not available now, it need extra 5-7 working days to process after payment received. After processing time for stock wigs, you will receive the wig within 1-4 days.

10-14 days For wigs that require customizing.

Shipping

If you need the wig urgently, please check with our online service to see if the wig is available now.
When your wig has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, from which you can check the status of shipment. If you don’t get the tracking number regarding to the table above, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service(hmoore@xquisiteslay.com) for further information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

International shipments are responsible for custom taxes and duties upon delivery.

We offer fast and convenient same day shipping. Cut off time is 12pm EST Monday-Friday. After 12pm EST orders ship next day. We ship on business days only (Monday-Friday).

You can expect to receive your items in 2-4 business days.

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis.

Xquisite is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Claims related to lost packages, for which the carrier supplies photographic proof of delivery, cannot be guaranteed. Claim approval grants replacements only.
